Cookie Policy

This policy explains cookies and similar storage technologies on www.novaeronair.com, their purposes and how you can manage your choices.

Last updated: 27 July 2026

1. Data controller

The data controller is NOVAERON HAVACILIK TURİZM VE DANIŞMANLIK HİZMETLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. Questions and data-rights requests may be sent to info@novaeronair.com.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small pieces of data stored in a browser. Local storage similarly saves preferences on a device. Non-essential technologies are disabled by default and are not activated without your affirmative choice.

Google Consent Mode v2 is used. The Google Tag Manager container loads with consent signals denied by default; connected optional measurement tags do not run unless analytics or marketing consent is granted.

3. Essential storage

  • novaeron_cookie_consent — first-party localStorage used by NOVAERON to save analytics and marketing choices, the preference version and update time. It is not automatically transmitted to the server and remains on your device until you clear browser data or change your choice.
  • Strictly necessary technical logs or protection mechanisms from the hosting infrastructure may operate for security and core network functions. They are not used for optional analytics.

4. Analytics cookies — optional

If you enable Analytics, Google Analytics 4 operates to help us understand site usage and improve the user experience. The provider is Google. Usage data may include visited pages, interactions, approximate location and device/browser information.

  • _ga — first-party cookie used to distinguish users; Google’s default duration is 2 years.
  • _ga_<container-id> — first-party cookie used to preserve session state; Google’s default duration is 2 years.
  • Browser restrictions or Google Analytics configuration may shorten these periods. When Analytics is refused or withdrawn, analytics_storage is updated to “denied” and an attempt is made to remove accessible analytics cookies.

5. Marketing technologies — optional

The Marketing choice manages the Google Consent Mode v2 signals ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and personalization_storage. No advertising or remarketing tag is active on the site as of this policy’s update date. Before such technology is added, this policy must be updated with its provider, purpose, cookies and durations.

6. Giving and withdrawing choices

On the first visit, “Accept All”, “Reject All” and “Manage Preferences” are presented equally. Analytics can be selected independently. Marketing is disabled because no advertising technology is currently in use.

You can change your decision at any time through “Cookie Preferences” in the footer. Withdrawal stops future optional processing and does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may also clear stored data through browser settings.

7. Legal basis, transfers and rights

Optional analytics or marketing processing relies on consent. If Analytics is enabled, Google’s global service infrastructure may involve international transfers; applicable transfer conditions and appropriate safeguards are intended to be applied.

You may contact info@novaeronair.com to exercise rights under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698 and, where applicable, the GDPR. Further information appears in the Privacy and Personal Data Notice.

8. Changes

This policy will be updated when a new measurement or advertising technology is added or existing usage changes. The current version and date appear on this page.
