Privacy and Personal Data Notice
This notice describes personal-data processing connected with the NOVAERON website and communication channels.

1. Data controller and contact

2. Data we may collect
- Name, telephone number, email address and communication history.
- Departure/arrival, date, passenger, baggage, pet, special-cargo and other flight-request details.
- Aircraft, base, annual hours, operator, budget, region and delivery details for management or acquisition requests.
- Patient location, hospital, urgency and any medical-condition information voluntarily supplied for air-ambulance requests. Medical information may be sensitive personal data.
- Request reference, record timestamps and email-notification status.
- IP, device/browser, access and error data that may appear in server logs for security and operation.
- Where consent is given, online identifiers, visited pages, interactions, approximate location and device/browser information through Google Analytics, together with cookie choices stored on the device.
3. Processing purposes
- Receive, assess and price requests and communicate with users.
- Identify and coordinate suitable aircraft, appropriately authorized operators, medical teams, hospitals or service partners.
- Manage customer relationships, operational correspondence and information security.
- Prevent misuse, troubleshoot technical issues and comply with legal obligations.
- Establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
- Where consent is given, measure website usage, assess performance and improve the user experience.
- Avoid electronic marketing without a separate lawful basis or required consent.
4. Collection methods and legal bases
Data may be collected through web forms, email, telephone, WhatsApp, in-person communications and technical logs.
Depending on the activity, processing may rely on pre-contractual steps, contract performance, legal obligations, establishment/exercise/defence of rights or legitimate interests that do not override fundamental rights under Turkish Law No. 6698. Health data is processed in accordance with the conditions in Article 6 and, when required, on the basis of separate explicit consent.
Non-essential technologies are disabled by default and activate only after an affirmative choice in the cookie panel. Optional categories that are in use can be selected independently, and refusing consent does not prevent core site use.
5. Sharing and international transfers
Limited to what is necessary, data may be shared with authorised NOVAERON personnel, hosting/email and security providers, aircraft operators, medical teams and hospitals, airport/ground-service providers, advisers and legally authorised bodies.
When analytics consent is granted, online usage data may be processed by Google entities to provide Google Analytics. Google’s global infrastructure may involve international transfers; such transfers are intended to rely on applicable legal conditions and appropriate safeguards.
International aviation may require cross-border coordination. Transfers abroad must occur only when applicable conditions and safeguards are in place. Personal data is not sold.
6. Retention and security
Data is retained only as needed to manage the request/service relationship, legal obligations and potential disputes, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with applicable law and the retention-destruction schedule.
Technical and organisational safeguards proportionate to risk are intended, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely risk-free.
7. Your rights
Subject to Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698, rights may include learning whether data is processed, requesting information, learning purposes and recipients, requesting correction or deletion/destruction and recipient notification, objecting to solely automated outcomes and seeking compensation for unlawful processing.
You may change or withdraw consent-based cookie and analytics choices at any time through the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Where applicable, GDPR rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability also remain available.

8. Third parties, cookies and changes
WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook have their own privacy terms. Storage and server logs necessary for site operation may be used. Storage technologies, purposes, providers and durations are described in the Cookie Policy.
