Legal Identity
The legal entity behind the NOVAERON brand and its direct contact details are listed below.
Our Operating Model
NOVAERON does not directly operate flights or provide regulated specialist services. Its role is to structure the requirement, research suitable options and coordinate the parties involved.
Route, timing, passenger, medical or ownership requirements are converted into a clear mission brief.
Suitable authorized operators, aircraft or specialist providers are researched using available information.
Scope, feasibility, documentation and commercial terms are compared to support the client’s decision.
After approval, the information and task flow among the client, operator and specialist providers is followed within the agreed scope.
Independent Broker Model
An independent jet broker assesses the client’s request without limiting the initial search to aircraft controlled by a single operator.
An air carrier is responsible for operating its fleet, flight safety and regulatory obligations. An independent broker converts the client’s route, date, passenger, baggage, cabin and budget requirements into a mission brief, then researches authorized operator and aircraft options that may satisfy that brief.
This distinction makes it possible to compare alternatives against the actual mission rather than trying to fit one aircraft to every request. Range, airport performance, cabin layout, baggage volume, aircraft position and the operator’s route authority are considered together. If the lowest headline price excludes relevant scope or is not workable for the mission, that difference should be explained.
NOVAERON’s independence does not mean unlimited choice or guaranteed aircraft availability everywhere. Availability, aircraft position, crew, slots, permits and weather can change at the time of request. Options are based on information available at that time and confirmation from the relevant operator.
The client value is a single point for option research, comparable quotation scope and coordination among the parties after approval. The operating carrier, service scope and responsibilities of each party should be stated clearly in the agreement.
Transparency is a basic condition of this model. The proposed aircraft and operator, included services, cancellation terms and possible additional charges should be presented clearly. The broker’s commercial role must not be confused with the operator’s regulatory and operational responsibility. NOVAERON structures the available information so the client can decide; it does not claim to replace independent legal, tax, medical, maintenance or flight-safety expertise.
NOVAERON’s research and coordination role does not replace the operator’s responsibility for flight safety, maintenance, crew, licensing or operations. Final operational decisions and performance of the flight remain with the authorized air carrier.
Scope in Numbers
These indicators are not a fleet-size statement or a guarantee of access to a fixed number of operators; they describe NOVAERON’s published service scope and response target.
Global destination coverage subject to request and operational feasibility.
Europe, the Middle East, CIS, Africa and Asia.
Contact availability for time-sensitive charter and coordination requests.
The published service target for an initial reply to complete standard requests.
The authorized operator pool is not fixed and is researched by mission. NOVAERON does not publish an estimated operator or country count without a verified current total.
Operator Review
A charter review does not rely on a single badge or membership. Available operator and aircraft documentation is considered against the conditions of each mission.
NOVAERON does not certify operators, conduct regulatory oversight or assume final responsibility for flight safety. That responsibility remains with the authorized air carrier performing the flight.
Access to a trusted international aviation network.
Consistent support with attention to detail.
Industry knowledge backed by practical experience.
Professional handling of every mission and client request.
