Website Terms of Use
These terms govern access to the NOVAERON website, information and quote requests, and use of site content.
Last updated: 26 July 2026
1. Scope and acceptance
By using the site, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms for site use. If these terms conflict with a signed agreement for a particular service, that service agreement takes priority.
2. NOVAERON’s role
NOVAERON acts as an independent aviation-services broker and adviser and, unless agreed otherwise in writing, is not an air carrier or aircraft operator. Flights are performed by appropriately licensed and certified third-party operators. Within their responsibilities, operators retain control of flight safety, operations, crew, airworthiness and regulatory compliance.
3. Site information and quotes
Aircraft, route, flight-time, range, capacity, destination and service information is general guidance, not a guarantee for a particular flight.
Submitting a form does not create a booking, fixed price, aircraft allocation or contract of carriage. A binding service arises only when authorised representatives accept a written quote/agreement and its payment and confirmation conditions are met.
4. Price, availability and operations
Price and availability depend on aircraft position, route, slots/permits, crew, fuel, taxes, airport and ground services, waiting, de-icing, special equipment and other operational factors. Written quotes are subject to their currency and validity period. Aircraft, schedule or routing may change for operational or regulatory reasons.
5. User responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current and complete information and have authority when acting for another person.
- Comply with passport, visa, health/travel-authorisation and customs requirements.
- Disclose baggage, dangerous goods, pets, valuable/oversized cargo and special-assistance needs in advance.
- Do not use the site unlawfully, deceptively, insecurely or in violation of third-party rights.
6. Air ambulance
The site is not medical advice or an emergency-dispatch service. In a life-threatening emergency, call the relevant local emergency number. Qualified medical professionals and the operator decide medical suitability, team and equipment. Do not provide unnecessary health information.
7. Intellectual property and third parties
Brands, logos, text, design, images, software and other content belong to NOVAERON or their rights holders and may not be used beyond personal, non-commercial review without written permission.
NOVAERON does not control the content, availability, security or data practices of third-party links; linking is not an endorsement or warranty.
8. Availability and liability
The site is not guaranteed uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent mandatory law permits, NOVAERON is not liable for indirect loss from reliance on general site information, third-party services or events outside its control. Liability that cannot legally be limited and signed service agreements remain unaffected.
9. Contact and changes
Questions may be sent to info@novaeronair.com. Current terms and their date will be published here.
